This notice describes the current WK Avenue store and its private administration tools. Updated 13 October 2026.
Information used
Browsing does not require an account. The bag and theme choice are stored in your browser. Approved staff use email/password or Google sign-in. Once ordering opens, order records will use the customer contact, address and purchase details needed to handle the order.
Why we use it
We use account information to protect the store workspace and operational information to maintain products, handle orders and respond to support requests. Older partner application and subscription records are retained as private history; new partner applications are closed.
Services behind the store
Cloudflare hosts the website. Supabase handles authentication and database records. ImageKit stores product and QR images. Google provides optional staff sign-in using basic identity and email, without Gmail or Drive access. Brevo is configured for account emails. These services may process information outside Pakistan.
Order information and suppliers
Authorised store staff can access private order records. Information needed for a delivery may be shared with the supplier or courier fulfilling it. Products and their pictures are public; customer addresses and private order records are not public catalog content.
Payment details
A receiving account or bank QR can be shown with payment instructions. Do not send banking passwords, PINs or card credentials. Manual transfers are checked by the store operator. The site does not store card details or operate a payment gateway.
Notifications and measurement
Optional staff alerts use generic messages linked to a protected workspace. Saved alert credentials are encrypted. No automatic WhatsApp or SMS sender, advertising pixel or marketing mailing list is enabled. Essential sign-in cookies keep staff sessions working.
Records and requests
The public support inbox and formal retention schedule are still being prepared. The contact page shows the current support status. Before accepting customer orders, WK Avenue must publish a working contact for privacy, correction and deletion requests. Necessary operational and audit records may be retained to complete orders and resolve issues.
