Clear terms before purchase
Return windows, product exclusions, return addresses, postage costs and refund timing must be published before live checkout opens. No return window is being promised yet.
An issue with your order
Keep the order reference and describe the problem. For a damaged or incorrect item, relevant product and parcel photographs can help us investigate with the supplier or courier.
Returns and refunds are separate steps
We record the request, the agreed action and any actual refund separately. A cancelled order or returned parcel does not automatically mean money has been refunded.
