Before you order
Delivery areas, charges and expected delivery times will be published before checkout opens. We will check availability before confirming an order.
Preparing your parcel
Depending on the product, a parcel may be sent by WK Avenue or directly by a supplier on our behalf. WK Avenue remains your point of contact for the order.
Tracking
When an order is dispatched, its courier and tracking reference can be recorded in the order workspace. Any split deliveries and their charges must be explained before confirmation.
Payments
Cash on delivery and manual bank transfer are the supported payment methods. The available options and receiving details must be confirmed before orders open. A bank-transfer screenshot alone does not confirm receipt.
